Why Get Baptized?

Because you want to follow Christ's example (Mark 1:9)! And, Jesus told all believers to do it, and set an example by being baptized (Matthew 28:19-20). Baptism is an opportunity to identify ourselves with the Savior and show the world that you are a follower of Christ!

What Is the Meaning of Baptism?

Baptism isn't required for salvation, but it is the next step of faith for all believers. Christian baptism by immersion in water is a public identification with Jesus Christ, and is symbolic of His death, burial, and resurrection as well as your new life as a Christian.

When Should I Get Baptized?

As soon as you have believed! Don't put it off!

Who Should Get Baptized?

Every person that believes in Christ. The one and only requirement for baptism is that you believe in Christ!
Acts 8:13

Does North Metro Baptize Children?

We don't baptize children until they are old enough to understand and believe. Baptism follows a personal decision to follow Christ and trust Jesus for their salvation.
